Direct Primary Care is an innovative healthcare model designed to lower costs while dramatically improving accessibility and the overall quality of your care. At NW Access Health, patients become members—much like at a health club or a streaming service. A simple monthly membership gives you healthcare at your fingertips, featuring prompt, unhurried visits with your provider via phone, video call, or in-person.
-
While both models offer a much more personal relationship with your provider than traditional clinics, they serve different financial needs:
Direct Primary Care (DPC): An affordable, insurance-free healthcare option that provides comprehensive primary care and direct provider access for a transparent monthly fee.
Concierge Medicine: A high-end luxury service that charges a steep annual retainer fee for premium access, while typically still billing your insurance and requiring standard copays for your visits.
DPC cuts out the middleman to make high-quality, unhurried healthcare accessible to everyone, whereas concierge care maintains standard insurance billing on top of a luxury price tag.

A Physician Assistant (PA) is a highly trained advanced practice clinician. PAs diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor medical procedures. PAs hold a master's degree in medicine and work collaboratively within the healthcare system to provide comprehensive patient care.

Our monthly membership pricing is transparent and based on age brackets. Plans and pricing are locked in for one year from enrollment, but are subject to change.

Currently, we do not offer after-hours coverage or 24/7 care memberships. If after-hours access is a feature you are highly interested in, please let our team know so we can track demand for future services.
-

Longer, unhurried appointments where you actually feel heard.

Significantly shorter wait times for appointments.
No deductibles, no copays, and no surprise medical bills.
Deeply discounted medications, laboratory work, and imaging.
Lower overall healthcare costs and fewer unnecessary ER or Urgent Care visits.
-
Your monthly membership covers all of your primary care visits, urgent care visits, and routine in-house testing and procedures. There are no copays or hidden fees—the cost of your visit is entirely covered by your membership.
Does NW Access Health bill health insurance?
No. We do not bill health insurance companies. Cutting out the massive administrative overhead of insurance allows us to provide low-cost, highly personalized medical services without copays, restrictions, or unexpected bills.
-
No. A NW Access Health membership is not health insurance. We highly recommend that our members maintain a major medical insurance policy or a health-sharing plan to protect against unexpected, high-cost medical events like hospitalizations, major surgeries, or emergency room visits.
-
In short, no. Health insurance is not required to become a member of NW Access Health. However, we still recommend carrying a major medical plan to cover catastrophic medical costs outside of primary care.
-
We are legally unable to bill Medicare. Due to strict federal regulations, we cannot extend memberships to Medicare-eligible individuals at this time.
-
We work hard to help you save. In many cases, we can dispense or source prescription medications at deeply discounted wholesale rates, frequently saving our members hundreds of dollars out-of-pocket. If you prefer, you can always choose to have a traditional pharmacy bill your insurance instead.
-
Routine blood work and labs are vital to managing your health, but retail pricing can be incredibly expensive. We have negotiated heavily discounted, low-cost cash pricing directly with our laboratory partners, passing those massive savings right along to you. Alternatively, you can always choose to have the lab bill your health insurance provider directly.
-
Imaging can quickly become a major medical expense. We are actively negotiating significantly reduced, cash-pay imaging rates for our members. If you prefer to use your health insurance, the imaging facility can bill your insurance provider directly.
-
If you currently see a specialist or need to see one in the future, we will continue to coordinate and monitor your health closely. We can help guide your care and refer you to outside specialists, where you can utilize your traditional health insurance as you normally would.
