Meet the Provider

Taylor Broughton is a physician assistant and has been practicing medicine in the Spokane area for over 10 years. He was born and raised in Northern California. There he eventually met and married his wife Dione in 2007. Deciding to settle in Spokane in 2016 has proven to be a blessing to the Broughton family. They enjoy spending time with their four children, volunteering with their church, playing pickleball and spending time outdoors.

Taylor completed his undergraduate studies with a degree in Biology from Brigham Young University. After deciding to pursue a career as a physician assistant, Taylor moved his young family to the Midwest to attend Des Moines University and completed his Masters degree. 

Taylor has worked in multiple areas of primary care including, family medicine, urgent care and internal medicine. He has a passion for working with families and helping them grow and progress along their health journey.

Over the years Taylor has seen health care change. This too often leaves patients unable to afford visits and providers overwhelmed from excessive administrative requirements. Insurance repeatedly requires too much from providers and provides too little for patients. Taylor is passionate about the direct primary care model of medicine and the ability to take the middle man out of health care. Taylor hopes to bring back the patient-provider relationship and provide better quality health care for happier and healthier living.
